As the founder of a leading women’s health platform, she equips women to navigate hormonal imbalances, menstrual health, and menopause with clarity, compassion, and holistic support. She is also a Certified Essential Emotions Coach, guiding women toward emotional wellness and mind-body healing.

Her journey as a former beauty queen, international model, and radio personality fuels her belief in authenticity, resilience, and confidence. Through her writing, teaching, and speaking, Dr. Cham inspires women to embrace their stories and step boldly into their God-given purpose—grounded in both faith and evidence-based care.

Whether she’s leading workshops, mentoring, caring for patients, or serving her community, Dr. Cham is committed to helping women discover their worth and thrive holistically. She loves traveling, reading, and sharing life with her husband, Omar, and their two sons, Atlas and Ace.
